Secret touring spot in Krkonose
Ski touring is somehow always connected with high alpine peaks, but it is not entirely truth. You can enjoy touring in smaller mountain like Krkonose. Harachov has more than enought suitable terrain.
For very beginners, there are cross country tracks with about 15 km of terrain. Way more terrain is located on the other side of the walley.
You can coose rather traditional route along Mumlava river towards Vosecka bouda. Or more adventurous route that starts behing Norma crocery store and will take you to Alfredka.
Please visit Cermak Rent, the only rental shop in Harrachov that offers touring equipment. It is also possible to hire a guide.
