Flowing with the river
Sightseeing from the river surface has completely different dynamics than just walking around. There is no rafting around Harrachov, you would have to go almost to Turnov, to rent the raft. Then you can choose between two lengths of your trip. Lisny - Dolanky (9km) or Zelezny Brod - Dolanky (14km).
If you are seasoned professional, you might get lucky in the spring, when snow melts in the mountains. Then you can actually start your trip little below Harrachov and enjoy some wild river rafting.
